We do not open programs that are unnecessary for us to complete the repair. We also do not move information off your iPhone iPod iPad for any reason unless it is explicitly designated by you prior to doing so. We do not store your data after you pick up your repair. All customer data is purged from our computers 24 hours after pickup. We take your privacy very seriously.

Diagnostic fee

We do not charge a diagnostic fee to look at your device and give you an estimate for repair. Most of the time we can give you a proper estimate within 5 minutes. There is no appointment needed. Feel free to come in any time during business hours for a free estimate.
